Can be chewed raw, good for ulcers in the mouth and tooth aches.

Can be used for tea (fresh or dried) as a treatment for diarrhea.

Factors involved

Goldenthread is highly sensitive and vulnerable to disturbance, disappears or declines after logging; prefers shady areas, wetlands, sensitive to heat, shallow roots make it susceptible to drought.
